Compensation
- $52.00–$55.00/hr (TBD based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Maintain patient medical records, updating patient medical history and vital signs as needed
- Conduct complete patient X-ray procedures, including taking, developing, and storing X-rays as necessary
- Complete periodontal charting as directed
- Prepare tools and equipment necessary for the provider and assist the provider with exams as necessary
- Perform preventative periodontal care on patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, root planing, and the application of preventative agents and sealants
- Work in tandem with the doctors to carry one column of restorative work each day
- Educate patients on the importance of dental hygiene
Requirements
- One (1) or more years of practical experience as a dental hygienist
- Registered Dental Hygienist License (pending or active)
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Desire and ability to learn new skills and be a team player
- Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth
