Responsibilities

Provide the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery services, including:

  • Routine and surgical tooth extractions
  • Impacted third molar surgery
  • Dental implant placement
  • Coordination of implant restorations
  • Bone grafting and ridge preservation
  • Surgical exposure of impacted teeth
  • Diagnosis and treatment of oral pathology and infections


Additional responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate closely with General Dentists, Pediatric Dentists, and Orthodontists
  • Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative patient care and education
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and all applicable regulatory standards
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience focused on comfort, safety, and outstanding clinical outcomes


Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
  • Active Pennsylvania dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • Current DEA registration
  • Current CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
  • Experience with dental implant placement and IV sedation strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care
