Empire Dental Specialty Group is seeking a Full-Time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our premier multi-specialty practice in Beavercreek (Dayton), Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients requiring oral and maxillofacial surgical care
• Perform the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery procedures based on your clinical expertise
• Present treatment recommendations and educate patients on procedures, risks, and expected outcomes
• Collaborate with referring general dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Refer patients to additional specialists when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centered surgical environment
• Ensure compliance with all applicable OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, state dental board, and other regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Active Ohio dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care
