Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator
Pay: $35+/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
Scheduling & Front Office
- Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile
- Provide excellent customer service and address scheduling-related inquiries or concerns
- Update, maintain, and coordinate the scheduling system and patient records for multiple providers
- Answer scheduling queries via email and phone
- Confirm appointments and obtain patient consents
- Send appointment reminders to patients
- Reschedule appointments when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling processes and improve efficiency
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Clinical Support
- Take X-rays and assist in the back as needed
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment
Compliance
- Maintain strict compliance with state, federal, and other regulations (OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook)
Requirements
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Desire and ability to learn new skills; strong team player
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and desire for professional growth
- Organized, with solid knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology
- X-Ray Certification: This is a great opportunity for an RDA looking to move over to the front office
