About the Role

As a Part-Time General Dentist, you'll provide comprehensive dental care in a welcoming, professional environment while helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health.

You'll have the autonomy to practice high-quality dentistry while working alongside an experienced team committed to outstanding patient experiences.

Responsibilities

Provide a full scope of general dentistry, including:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide preventive and restorative care, including:
  • Fillings
  • Crowns
  • Bridges
  • Extractions
  • Root canal therapy, as appropriate
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
• Interpret dental radiographs and other diagnostic imaging
• Prescribe medications, including antibiotics and pain management, when clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Follow all infection control and patient safety protocols
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active, unrestricted Montana dental license in good standing
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills across all aspects of general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Experience with digital radiography and dental practice management software preferred
