Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide comprehensive orthodontic care for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients as appropriate
  • Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including:
    • Fixed orthodontic appliances (braces)
    • Removable appliances
    • Clear aligner therapy
    • Interceptive orthodontics
  • Collaborate closely with Pediatric Dentists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and families on treatment options, expected timelines, and oral health best practices
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Adhere to the highest standards of clinical excellence, ethics, and patient safety


Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school
  • Completion of an ADA-accredited Orthodontic residency program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Orthodontics preferred
  • Active Montana dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience treating pediatric patients strongly preferred
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered orthodontic care
