Position Summary

This role is for a passionate, dedicated dental hygienist looking to make a significant impact on patients' lives while enjoying a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile
• Perform dental hygiene procedures as planned by the dentist, ensuring patient comfort
• Educate patients on the importance of dental hygiene, assist the dentist, and communicate treatment plan options
• Maintain a clean, sterile, patient centric working environment
• Maintain strict compliance with state, federal, and other regulations (OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook)

Requirements

• 1+ years of practical experience as a dental hygienist
• CPR or BCLS certification
• License (pending or active) issued by the State Board
• Completion of a CODA accredited dental hygienist program
• Experience with medical imaging techniques, such as intraoral and extraoral x-rays
• Desire and ability to learn new skills, team player mindset
• Commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire for professional growth
• Strong organizational skills and superior knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology
