Empire Dental Specialty Group is seeking a Full-Time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our premier multi-specialty practice in Beavercreek (Dayton), Ohio.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients requiring oral and maxillofacial surgical care
- Perform the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery procedures based on your clinical expertise
- Present treatment recommendations and educate patients on procedures, risks, and expected outcomes
- Collaborate with referring general dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Refer patients to additional specialists when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centered surgical environment
- Ensure compliance with all applicable OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, state dental board, and other regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Active Ohio dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care
