Timberline Oral Surgery and Dental Implants is seeking a skilled and compassionate Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our growing practice in Spokane, Washington.

Responsibilities

Provide the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, including:

• Surgical and routine tooth extractions
• Impacted third molar removal
• Dental implant placement
• Bone grafting and ridge preservation
• Orthognathic surgery
• Diagnosis and management of oral pathology

Additional responsibilities include:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with referring General Dentists, Pediatric Dentists, Orthodontists, and other specialists
• Administer local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and IV sedation in accordance with state regulations
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment options, risks, and post-operative care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and practice policies
• Ensure surgical operatories are properly prepared, sterile, and equipped
• Participate in continuing education and remain current with advances in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and compassionate care

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Active Washington dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Idaho dental license (or ability to obtain) is a plus
• Current DEA registration
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered surgical care
