Responsibilities

• Diagnose orthodontic conditions and develop customized treatment plans for patients of all ages
• Provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment using:
  • Traditional braces
  • Clear aligner therapy
  • Other advanced orthodontic techniques
• Monitor treatment progress and make appropriate clinical adjustments
• Educate patients and parents on treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with fellow dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care, ethics, and clinical excellence

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthodontics
• Active Ohio dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
• Commitment to creating healthy, confident smiles
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
